HR Specialist (f/m/d)

To expand our Talent and People Management team, we are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) at our office in Belgrade as soon as possible.
You will work in a hybrid working model, which allows you a mix of office and remote work days.
Your tasks:
  • You will find suitable IT talents for netcare: to do this, you will advertise job positions at job boards and within Social Media, approach interesting candidates and process incoming applications
  • You will conduct job interviews and maintain our talent pool
  • You will take care of all the personnel documents such as employment contracts and references 
  • You will be responsible for all HR-related processes and digitization in HR department
  • You will work closely with netcare's HR department in Germany

You should have:
  • At least initial professional experience in an HR / recruiting role (also as a working student or intern) or a Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources or comparable) or a professional training with a focus on HR
  • Very good English skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work in an international team and an independent and proactive way of working

  • Experience in the creation and adminstration of personnel documents
  • Practical knowledge in personnel marketing
