Web Project Manager Automotive (f/m/d)

To strengthen our Project Management team in Belgrade, we are looking for a Project Manager to work on international web projects in the automotive sector.
You will work in a hybrid work model, which allows you a mix of office and remote working days.
Your Tasks:
  • Planning and management of web rollout, implementation, or transition projects
  • Providing assistance and acting as a point of contact for project collaborators and clients
  • Engaging in day-to-day activities within the applicable system (e. g. Content Management Systems)
  • Continuously monitoring and reporting on project performance status
  • Developing, organizing, and conducting training sessions
  • Orchestrating, scheduling, and facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Offering consultancy on project-related subjects

Your Skills:
  • Successful completion of studies in (business) informatics, business administration, economics with an IT focus, or related fields
  • Professional experience in web-related working environments, coupled with a deep interest in web technologies
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies
  • Expertise in IT consulting and conceptual design with a strong methodical foundation
  • Effective communication and facilitation abilities, alongside assertiveness and a process-oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of problem-solving competence
  • A persuasive and networking-oriented personality, marked by a strong sense of independence and responsibility
  • Proficiency in the English language
Agile methods? yes
CMS? great
Advantageous:
  • Knowledge of web content management systems, for example Adobe Experience Manager, FirstSpirit
  • Experience with execution of webinars (WBT, CBT) and classroom trainings
